Please separate your waste. Collection takes place at around 6:00 a.m., so please put out your waste by 6:00 a.m. on the collection day or on the previous evening.
Please help keep the common areas clean.
The 24-hour ventilation system in the washroom helps prevent condensation.
Because staining or damage caused by condensation may be charged as restoration costs when you move out, please keep the system running at all times.
The tenant is responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance, including the drains, air-conditioning units, and bathroom in each room.
Please refer to the instruction manual for each item of equipment for detailed care and maintenance procedures.
Keep all instruction manuals and related documents until you move out, and return them when terminating the lease.
The code for opening the mailbox will be provided separately to each tenant.
Please do not leave parcels in the delivery lockers for an extended period, as this may inconvenience other tenants.
