Please separate all waste properly and dispose of it only on the designated collection days.
The 24-hour ventilation system in the washroom helps prevent condensation.
Please keep it running at all times. Any staining or damage caused by condensation may be charged as restoration costs when you move out.
Tenants are responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance, including drains and air-conditioning units in their rooms.
For detailed care instructions, please refer to the equipment instruction manuals and the Resident Handbook.
Keep these documents in a safe place until you move out and return them when terminating the lease.
The access codes for the parcel lockers and mailboxes will be provided separately to each tenant.
Please do not leave packages in the parcel lockers for an extended period, as this may inconvenience other residents.
