Please separate your waste in accordance with the applicable rules and place it in a transparent bag for disposal on the designated collection day.
Do not pour oil or foreign objects down the kitchen drain.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
The tenant will be responsible for the full cost of cleaning any drain blockage.
The tenant is responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance, including the drains and air-conditioning units in each room.
The tenant will be responsible for repair costs for any malfunction caused by a failure to clean or maintain the equipment.
