Please separate all waste properly and dispose of it only on the designated collection days.
The 24-hour ventilation system in the washroom helps prevent condensation.
Please keep it running at all times. Any staining or damage caused by condensation may be charged as restoration costs when you move out.
The bicycle parking area is accessed through the service door and is shared with Sunny Heights.
Please do not park bicycles, vehicles, or other items at the entrance of Sunny Court.
Please also make sure to lock the service door leading to the bicycle parking area.
Tenants are responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance, including drains and air-conditioning units in their rooms.
For detailed care instructions, please refer to the separate Resident Handbook.
Keep the Resident Handbook and all equipment instruction manuals in a safe place until you move out.
The access codes for the parcel lockers and mailboxes will be provided separately to each tenant.
Please do not leave packages in the parcel lockers for an extended period, as this may inconvenience other residents.
