To All Resident of Corpo Midori

 

Please keep noise to a minimum at night and be considerate of neighboring residents. 

This includes voices, washing-machine noise, and the volume of televisions and radios.

 

Do not leave cigarettes butts, wasete, or other items in the common corridors.

 

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

 

There is no regular collection service for bulky waste.

Do not leave bulky waste in the waste collection area or elsewhere. 

Please arrange collection directly with Sakai City. A fee applies.

Black waste bags cannot be used. Please use transparent or semi-transparent waste bags.

 

Please pay the rent by the 5th of each month, either by bringing the payment in person or by bank transfer.

 

Please give at least one month's notice when terminating the lease. Rent for the final month will be calculated on a monthly basis and will not be prorated.

Kitchen waste	Every Tuesday and Friday
Cans and bottles	2nd and 4th Monday of each month
Plastic bottles(PET bottles)	1st and 3rd Monday of each month
Plastic containers and packaging	Every Thursday
Small metal items	2nd Tuesday of each month
